Blueprints for a pure Solar Panel setup. It’s meant to provide a quick and efficient power generation on suitable planets & moons. Maximum potential power generation – in absolute perfect conditions – is 37MW for Light Solar Cap and up to 145MW for what I’ll hence have to call Heavy Solar Cap. This was tested on a planet with 102% solar power generation – whose poles just happened to be in full solar coverage due to an odd rotation.
There are 3 variants of the solar power cap blueprint: Light [37MW], Medium [81MW] and Heavy [145MW].
Solar generation is best used in early game, once you’ve hopped to a silicon able planet – and started its mining. Eventually you’ll want to convert and start using power from other sources. Whether those will be Thermal Power Plants, Ray Receivers or the Artificial Star.
To use the blueprint, simply copy its code by clicking on the buttons below – which should in optimal conditions copy the code to your clipboard – and then manually paste it in your blueprints screen in-game!
